Jelang Muktamar ke-48 Muhammadiyah ‘Aisyiyah, berbagai persiapan untuk melayani kepentingan para peserta Muktamar oleh panitia pelaksana hampir selesai dilakukan. Di sisi lain panitia penerima Muktamar juga tengah melakukan persiapan acara pembukaan muktamar serta mengintensifkan syiar muktamar
Ketua Panitia Penerima Muktamar Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah ke-48, Sofyan Anif mengatakan persiapan administrasi untuk peserta Muktamar Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah sudah mencapai 90 persen. “Persiapan administrasi sudah mencapai 90 persen karena masing-masing daerah sudah mengirim peserta muktamar,” kata Sofyan Anif saat ditemui di Edutorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), Senin (22/08/2022).
Lebih lanjut, Sofyan yang juga merupakan rektor Universitas Muhammadyah Surakarta (UMS) ini menyebut bahwa terkait persiapan akomodasi untuk peserta muktamar sudah lengkap. “Akomodasi (untuk peserta) Kita carikan hotel, sudah lengkap untuk peserta, bukan penggembira. Kalau penggembira ada sendiri yang menangani termasuk yang mencatat, mencarikan tempat menginap. Tapi Hotel di Solo ini sudah habis 100 persen untuk tiga hari itu, tanggal 18-20 November 2023,” terangnya.
Menurut Rektor UMS, saat ini panitia penerima Muktamar juga tengah melakukan persiapan pembukaan Muktamar Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah yang akan digelar di Stadion Manahan Solo. Sebut saja salah satunya persiapan pertunjukan kesenian yang melibatkan 10 ribu penari juga kolaborasi-kolaborasi dengan perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah yang akan dilakukan saat pembukaan.
“Acara kesenian yang melibatkan 10 ribu penari sudah mulai latihan-latihan. Kolaborasi lain misalnya drum band perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah se-Indonesia dan koor 1000 orang itu. Sehingga September nanti mulai ada justifikasi mana yang kelihatan sudah oke mana yang kurang, yang kurang dimananya. Sehingga Insya Allah akhir Oktober atau awal November semua oke,” terang Ketua Panitia Penerima Muktamar tersebut
Menurut Sofyan Anif, pihaknya saat ini juga sedang mempersiapkan langkah penguatan syiar Muktamar Muhammadiyah dan ‘Aisyiyah ke-48. “Kami sudah ajak PDM-PDM di seluruh Indonesia karena basis syiar Muktamar itu ada di PDM. Di tingkat nasional, kita juga akan menggandeng beberapa lembaga termasuk dengan Pemda-pemda di Solo Raya ini untuk syiar,” jelasnya
Di tingkat internal UMS juga sudah mulai diintensifkan pelaksanan syiar muktamar. Mobil-mobil UMS ditempeli stiker. Pihak fakultas dan lembaga di UMS diminta mencari kegiatan, apapun kegiatannya. “Semua menuju sukses muktamar. Nanti juga ada lomba menyanyi juga. Untuk persiapan muktamar sudah kita kondisikan.”
Ditanya prosentase pelaksanan persiapan Muktamar, Prof Anif- sapaan akrabnya mengatakan secara keseluruhan sudah 75 persen. “Bulan depan kita evaluasi. Dan bulan depan saya sudah menerapkan para pejabat UMS yang menjadi panitia muktamar untuk sementara tidak pergi keluar kota.” (Rilis UMS/Suri)
