Muktamar48.ID., SURAKARTA – Divisi Penggembira Panitia Penerima Muktamar Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah ke 48 terus melakukan pendataan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) yang akan dijadikan tempat menginap dan transit penggembira muktamar. (25/08/2022)
“Yang sudah kami lakukan adalah pendataan AUM di Solo raya yang bisa digunakan transit atau menginap,” kata Reinal Falah selaku Koordinator Penggembira.
Reinal menerangkan, untuk tempat menginap bagi penggembira pihaknya menyediakan di AUM seperti di sekolah atau madrasah. Sedang tempat transit ditempatkan di masjid-masjid Muhammadiyah.
“Selain itu kami juga menyiapkan tempat alternatif seandainya nanti di AUM tidak cukup menampung penggembira yaitu di asrama Haji Donohudan dan hotel. Nanti tempatnya berbayar untuk penggembira dalam artian berbayar, untuk biaya sewa,” kata Reinal.
Divisi penggembira bekerjasama dengan PDM Soloraya dan PDM di luar Soloraya. Kerjasama dengan PDM Soloraya mengenai pendataan amal usaha dan kerjasama dengan PDM luar Soloraya dilakukan terkait pendataan penggembira.
“Karena kami butuh data itu untuk melakukan pembagian tempat tempat menginap atau transit. Contoh PWM Papua Barat yang baru saja berkunjung ke UMS menginformasikan 200 penggembira yang akan kami tempatkan misalnya di SD Muhammadiyah I atau SD Muhammadiyah II,” terang Reinal Falah.
Reinal mengungkapkan saat ini sudah ada 16 qabilah dari PDM, PDA, PCA dan PCM termasuk dari majelis atau lembaga di tingkat cabang. Sedang untuk jumlah penggembira yang sudah terdata per hari ini 10 ribu.
“Namun yang lewat WA, ‘Kami siap datang’ kaya gitu’ mengabarkan siap datang jumlahnya lebih dari itu,” kata Reinal.
Ia memberi contoh dari PWM Sulawesi Selatan akan hadir di Solo sebanyak 15 ribu orang dengan menggunakan 5 kapal dan 300 bus.
“Sekarang mereka baru proses pendaftaran. Namun, konfirmasi terkait kedatangan melalui Whatsapp, yang siap datang jumlahnya lebih dari itu,” kata Reinal.
